Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to support client-facing operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience by resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely manner
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Document interactions and update customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain knowledge of company services and processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience (remote experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and support tools
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a call center or high-volume support environment
- Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
